Aur sbse important aap iss chiz ka dhyaan rkhe ki aap raat me soone se 3 hrs pahle apna bhojan kr le rhe h aur saath hi saath bhojan aapka bahot halka hona chahiye raat ka plus aap apne dinn ka overall diet pr dhyaan se aapko dinn me bhi santulit bhojan Krna h , n hi jyada n hi km …

      Try kren ki aap soone se 3 hrs pahle apna screenoff kr den, soone se 30min pahle aap music/by own meditate kre aur ek gehre dhyaan me jaaye ….

      Aapko lage ki 30 min se jyada ho chuka h aur ab soona chahiye to soo jaiye bs soone se pahle ek affirmation kijiyega ki : mujhe subh me jaldi uthna h , mai kal pura dinn full energetic rhunga aur mai kal jaldi uthunga bhi …
